'KnowledgeBaseHub' originated from a single vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a small, family-directed venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, acquired the art of pizza creation during her sojourns across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After arriving back in the UK, she vowed to emulate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and choosing only top-notch ingredients.
What started as an unassuming pizzeria seating just a dozen has now expanded into a cherished local eatery, yet our allegiance to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We persist in applying classic wood-fire oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and selecting the most superior produce available.
To this day, 'KnowledgeBaseHub' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi's second generation now steering our enthusiastic squad. Although we've integrated certain contemporary advancements, the core ethos of our business steadfastly continues: crafting mouthwatering, bona fide pizza that converges friends and family.
